Algonquin College’s public relations program is putting on 12 separate events to raise awareness and money for the charity foundation, Partners For Mental Health. Milla and I have decided to put on a nice dance evening to help raise money for Partners For Mental Health. All proceeds will go to Partners For Mental Health.
All costs to take this master class, taught by the wonderful Milla herself, will all go straight to the charity, Partners for Mental Health. The evening will be filled with fun, happiness, and celebrating our love for dance!
Did you know, one in five Canadians will have a mental health issue? Let’s Shake The Stigma and change the way we all think about mental health.
The evening will consist of two hours of teaching for all levels to enjoy! From beginner levels to Intermediate and Advanced, you won’t want to miss this! There will even be some time to socialize! This is a great opportunity to bring your boyfriend or girlfriend to start learning some dance together!
Some couples may even perform before the class gets started!
So come out and join us for an unforgettable evening and a night dedicated to a wonderful charity within our very city, Partners for Mental Health.
For those of you who have never attended an event like this, be sure to bring indoor shoes. All winter boots will need to be taken off in the vestibule area. Ladies and Gentlemen can wear whatever they please! In terms for shoes, ladies are more than welcome to wear flats, heels, anything else comfortable on their feet and men can wear dress shoes or comfortable indoor running shoes if they prefer.
