Friday, September 9 – Bacon Bash! 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Enjoy an evening of bacon under the stars at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum. Sample a tasting menu of bacon-infused delights prepared by Ottawa’s own chef Michael Blackie, and take in some sizzling cooking demos with Lynn Crawford and Mike McKenzie. Kick up your heels and dance off those bacon treats with live music from Bang on the Ear!

Saturday, September 10 – Sizzling Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
A full day celebrating all things bacon! Arrive early for a free bacon breakfast, and be sure to explore the Market for all your bacon needs- from soap to stationary! Check out interactive foodie demonstrations from our celebrity chefs, sample some craft beers and ‘pig out’ on the special offerings from a variety of food trucks!

Sunday, September 11 – Smokin’ Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Beer, bands and bacon- what more could you want? Visit Baconpalooza on Sunday for a delicious bacon brunch, great shopping in the Market, and live music from local bands. Also be sure to sample some bacon infused treats from the food trucks, and wash it all down with some delicious craft beer!
